无毒棉籽液抗腹泻作用机理

小鼠灌胃给予无毒棉籽３，６ｇ／ｋｇ对蓖麻油、硫酸钠致腹泻有拮抗作用，对正常小鼠及生大黄泻下鼠的肠腔水分无影响；对新斯的明、酚妥拉明所致小肠运动亢进有明显抑制作用，对阿托品致小肠运动减弱有协同作用．无毒棉籽抗泻下的机制可能与抑制副交感神经的兴奋有关

The Preliminary Study of the Antidiarrhea Mechanism of Glandless Cotton Seed

In drug induced diarrheic mice given castor oil. and Na 2SO 4,the study showed that glandless cotton seed solution(GCSS) i.g.3 g/kg.6 g/kg has noticeable antidiarrhea action.In healthy mice and diarrheic mice given rhubarb,the research indicated that GCSS 3 g/kg.6 g/kg has no obvious effect on water absorption in the gut.In mice previously given Neostigmine,Phentolamine and Atropine,the experiments of transport of small intestine manifested that GCSS 6 g/kg can inhibit the transport excited by Neostigmine,Phentolamine and increase the transport suppressed by Atropine.This result indicated that the mechanism of antidiarrhea of GCSS may be involved in its inhibiting parasympathetic nervous excitation and its anticholinergic effect.
