| 摘 要： | 以人绒毛膜促性腺激素（ＨＣＧ）粗品为原料，经乙醇分级沉淀和磷酸盐吸附两步骤获得符合《中华人民共和国药典》要求的ＨＣＧ精品．与ＤＥＡＥ－纤维素柱层析法比较，两种方法均可达到满意的纯化与去热原目的，但磷酸盐吸附法的回收率较高

| Abstract: | By two steps we have got purified HCG requried by Pharmacopoeia of China.To compare HCG with the DEAE cellulose chromatography,two methods are all reliable on HCG purification and depyrogenation.But the recovery in the method of phosphate adsorption was higher. |
