酚酸类化合物体外抗血小板聚集活性探讨

摘    要:通过对19种酚酸类化合物体外抗 ADP诱导兔血小板聚集活性的测定,探讨了体外抗凝血的构效关系.邻三酚羟基的酚酸比邻二酚羟基的酚酸活性强;而脂肪二酸类比酚酸类化合物的活性高;甲氧基取代的酚酸类化合物抗血小板聚集活性明显增高.

Abstract:Nineteen compounds were inquiried of structure-activity relationship of anticoagulation activities by means of bioassay against ADP induced aggregation of rabbit platelet in vitro. o-3-Phenolic acids and di-fatty acids manifested stronger activities than those of o-2-Phenolic acids and phenolic acids. Furthermore, methoxyl phenolic acids exhibited obvious activities.
