| 摘 要： | 目的研究洒精依赖患者脑血流动力学及血液流变学的变化。方法应用经颅多普勒测定30例健康男性（对照组）和30例男性酒精依赖患者（依赖患者组）的脑血流动力学参数，用血液黏度计测定血液流变学指标。结果与正常对照组比较，酒精依赖患者大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、椎动脉、基底动脉的血流速度减慢，全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数显著升高，红细胞刚性指数降低。结论酒精依赖患者脑动脉血流速度明显减慢，脑供血不足；血液黏滞度增加，血液流变学有异常改变。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changes of cerebral hemodynamics and hemorrheology in alcohol-dependent patients. Methods The cerebral hemodynamics and hemorrheology indexes were measured by trans-cranial Doppler and blood viscometer in 30 alcohol-dependent male pa- tients and 30 healthy male controls. Results Compared with control group, the cerebral arterial velocities of the alcohol-dependent patients were significantly lower in middle cerebral arteries, anterior cerebral arteries, posterior cerebral arteries, bilateral vertebral arteries and basilar artery. Their blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index increased signif- icantly but erythrocyte rigidity index decreased. Conclusion While the cerebral arterial velocity decreases in alcohol-dependent patients their blood viscosity increases. |
