125Ⅰ粒子瘤内放疗治疗胶质瘤术后远期疗效观察

目的:探讨胶质瘤手术术后瘤内植入125Ⅰ粒子短程放疗的疗效。方法:选取18例脑胶质瘤患者手术术后瘤内植入125Ⅰ粒子作治疗组,并选取19例胶质瘤手术后不加瘤内放疗的患者作对照,观察两组肿瘤复发时间、生存时间、2年生存率和3 年生存率。结果:治疗组与对照组复发时间及生存时间比较,复发时间明显延长,生存时间增加(P<0.01,P<0.05);治疗组与对照组2年生存率和3年生存率比较均明显提高(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:胶质瘤患者术后予125Ⅰ粒子瘤内放疗,可提高患者生存时间。有效地缓解病情,提高病人的生存质量,延长患者的生命。

Prostecdtive efficacy of brachytherapy with 125Ⅰ in glioma

Objective: To evaluate the effect of brachytherapy with 125I after tumorectomy for glioma. Methods: 37 patients were randomly divided into treament group, in which the 125I was imbedded in the skull cavity in 18 patients after the gliomas were excised, and control group, in which 19 patients were treated only with tumorectomy. The recrudescence time, survival time and the survival rates at 1,2 and 3 years after operation were investigated. Results: The recrudescence time and survival time of were longer than those of control group; the 2 or 3 years survival rates in the treatment group is obviously higher than those of control group. Conclusion: The tumorectomy treatment with 125I for brain glioma might improve the local tumor control and prolong survival time.
