| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对19例病人临床资料分析，进一步明确腹膜后阑尾炎病人的诊断及治疗方法。方法：对19例腹膜后阑尾炎病人临床表现、实验室检查、手术方式回顾性分析，明确其临床及治疗方式特点。结果：腹膜后阑尾炎由于阑尾的位置较深症状多不典型，诊断困难，确诊后应尽早手术。结论：腹膜后阑尾炎在临床上较为少见，术前诊断困难，确诊后应尽早手术。
