髋臼骨折的手术治疗

目的 探讨髋臼骨折手术治疗的效果。方法 本组48例采用Letoumet分类法确定并行手术治疗。结果 随访6—36个月，按照Matta标准，优32例，良8例，可5例，差3例，优良率87-5％。结论 手术前明确骨折分类、手术时机适当，合适的人路和可靠的内固定及满意的复位是提高髋臼骨折治疗效果的关键。

The surgical treatment for acetabular fractures

Objective To study the result of acetabular fractures. Methods Twenty-one cases of unstable pelvic fractures with displaced acetabular fractures were identified according to Letounel classification, which were treated operatively. Results All patients underwent average 20 months (6-36months) follow-up. Based on Matta evaluation, 32 patients achieved excellent results, and 8 good, 5 fair, 3 poor. Excellent and good rate was 87.5%. Conclusions Correct classification of fracture before operation, appropriate selection of operative approach and satisfactory fracture reduction and reliable internal fixation and timely operation, are key points to improve outcome of acetabular fracture.
