| 摘 要： | 目的观察鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗慢性腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法40例慢性腰腿痛患者随机分为二组，每组各20例，对照组常规治疗，在对照组常规治疗基础上加用鹿瓜多肽注射液8mg，1次／d，10d为1个疗程，连用1-2个疗程。结果治疗组症状缓解率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗慢性腰腿痛有效，能够减轻慢性腰腿痛患者症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of cervus and eucumis polypeptide injection on chronic lumbago-leg pain. Methods The 40 cases of chronic lumbago-leg pain were divided into two groups randomly. The control group（ 20 cases）were treated with ordinary remedy, treatment group（20eases）were treated with cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection 8 mg for 10- 20 days. Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment groups was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection can moderate chronic lumbago-leg pain significantly. |
