萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗花斑癣的疗效观察

目的观察萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗花斑癣的疗效。方法将63例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组外用萘替芬酮康唑乳膏,对照组外用硝酸咪康唑乳膏,根据疗效指数和真菌镜检结果判定疗效。结果治疗组治疗2周及4周时的疗效(2周时为65.63%和4周时为96.88%)和治疗2周时真菌清除率(治疗组78.13%,对照组51.61%)均明显高于对照组(2周时为38.71%和4周时为80.65%),差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗花斑癣安全而有效。

Treatment Effect of Naftifine/Ketoconazole Cream to Tinea Versicolor

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy in the treatment of tinea versicolor by naftifine/ketoconazole cream.Methods Sixty-three patients with tinea versicolor were randomly divided into trial group and control group.Naftifine/ketoconazole cream were applied in the trial group.Miconazole nitrate cream were applied in the control group.Therapeutic effect was determined according to efficacy index and the results of fungus infection.Results At the end of 2 weeks and 4 wceks treatment,the efficacy of the trcatment group was 65.63% and 96.88% whereas control group was 38.71% and 80.65%,which had significont difference clearance(P<0.05).Fungus clearance rate of the treatment group was 78.13% whereas control group was 51.61% at the end of 2 weeks treatment.There were significant difference between two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusions Naftifine/ketoconazole cream in treatment of tinea versicolor is efficient and safe.
