盐酸吡格列酮口腔崩解片的研制

摘    要:目的研制盐酸吡格列酮口腔崩解片工艺。方法以崩解时限为主要指标筛选崩解剂微晶纤维素和交联聚维酮的配比,采用直接压片法制备盐酸吡格列酮口腔崩解片。结果使用微晶纤维素与交联聚维酮配比为8:2的复合崩解剂,其崩解时限均在20S以内,其他指标均符合规定。结论本制剂工艺简单,达到口腔崩解片的要求,质量稳定,成本较低,具有良好的市场前景和竞争力。

Abstract:Objective Research to manufacture the pioglitazone hydrochloride orally disintegratingtablets. Method Using disintegration time as the main evaluation parameter filtrate MCC andPVPP go together with the ratio, pioglitazone hydrochloride orally disintegrating tablets were pre-pared by a direct compression method. Results Usage MCC and PVPP go together with 8:2 ofcompound disintegrants, its disintegration time all in the 20s including, the other parameter allmeets the provision. Conclusion This product craft is simple, attaining the request of the Orallydisintegrating tablets, the quantity is stable, and the cost is lower, having the good market fore-ground with the competition ability.
