宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合诊治输卵管性不孕

目的：研究联合应用宫腔镜、腹腔镜与子宫输卵管碘油造影（hysterosalpingography,HSG）对输卵管性不孕的诊治效果。方法：对HSG诊断输卵管性不孕137例271条输卵管行宫、腹腔镜联合检查。结果：137例中46例91条双侧输卵管通畅,91例共180条输卵管均存在不同部位的阻塞。HSG与宫、腹腔镜诊断符合率为77.12%。结论：HSG仍是诊断输卵管通畅度较好的一个指标。宫、腹腔镜联合手术可以准确地诊断和治疗输卵管性不孕。

Diagnosis and treatment of tubal infertility by combination of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy

Objective：To explore the clinical value of hysterosalpingography（HSG） and the combination of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy on the patients with tubal infertility.Methods：Laparoscopy and hysteroscopy were detected for 137 cases of patients with tubal infertility which had been preoperative diagnosed by HSG.Results：Among 137 cases,46 cases which consist with 91 oviducts were found to be unobstructed,respectively 91 cases including 180 oviducts were obstructed in different degree.Conclusion：HSG is an effective method on degree of tubal obstruction,and combined use of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy can accurately explore and treat tubal infertility.
