斯普林配合放、化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床研究

摘    要:目的 观察斯普林对晚期恶性肿瘤患者的辅助疗效。方法 将 47例晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分成两组 :采用斯普林联合放、化疗的治疗组 (2 2例 )和单用放、化疗的对照组 (2 5例 )。治疗前后对患者外周血白细胞、血小板、肝、肾功能、食欲、消化道反应、疼痛、体重、Karnofsky评分、肿瘤消退情况进行评价。 结果 治疗组患者生活质量改善明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;治疗组与对照组抗肿瘤疗效分别为 45 5 %和 3 6 0 % ,两者无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;白细胞计数在治疗组治疗后与治疗前相比无明显下降 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而对照组则有不同程度下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,两组相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 斯普林具有抑制肿瘤生长、稳定病情、改善生活质量、减轻放、化疗毒性、提高患者对放、化疗的耐受性作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the assisted effects of Sipulin plus chemotherapy or radiotherapy in patient with advanced malignant tumor. Methods From June 1997 through December 1999, 47 cases were randomised into two groups, 22 cases in therapeutic group (Sipulin+chemotherapy or radiotherapy), 25 cases in control group (only using chemotherapy or radiotherapy). The leukocyte and platelet of peripheral blood, liver function, renal function, orexis, toxicity of digestive tract, pain response, body weight, states of Karnofsky and effective rate of these patients were evaluated respectively before therapy and after therapy. Results The quality of life of the patients in the therapeutic group were improved more obviously than those in control group. The effective rate in the therapeutic group and in the control group was 45.5% and 36.0% respectively. The effective rate between the two groups had no obvious difference. In the therapeutic group, the counts of leukocyte had no obvious descent before therapy and after therapy, while the counts of leukocyte after therapy were obviously descent than before therapy. Conclusion Sipulin had such effects as inhibiting tumor growth, stabilizing state of illness, improving quality of life, abating toxicity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy and increasing tolerance of patients to the chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
