| 摘 要： | 目的评价临床护理路径（CNP）在鼻内镜手术患者中实施效果。方法74例鼻内镜手术患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组按制定好的临床护理路径表实施每日诊疗、护理、康复工作;对照组按常规医疗护理模式工作,比较两组患者的住院日天数和治疗总费用。结果实施临床护理路径后,试验组患者的住院日天数、医疗费用低于对照组,差别有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。结论实施临床护理路径可缩短鼻内镜手术患者的住院时间、减少住院费用,医疗服务质量及病人满意度明显提高。
