科素亚治疗高尿酸血症合并高血压患者的临床分析

目的分析科素亚治疗高尿酸血症合并高血压的疗效，进而探讨高尿酸血症合并高血压患者最佳治疗方案。方法回顾性选择本院122例高血压合并高尿酸患者，按照治疗方法不同分为观察组（62例）和对照组（60例）。观察组采用科素亚治疗，对照组给予缬沙坦加丙磺舒治疗。观察并比较两组患者用药前后血压、血尿酸水平变化及用药不良反应。结果与治疗前比较，2组患者治疗后血尿酸值及血压均明显下降（P〈0．05）；观察组血尿酸水平较对照组下降更为明显（P〈0．05）；且观察组较对照组不良反应发生少。结论科素亚临床治疗高血压合并高尿酸血症疗效明显优于缬沙坦加丙磺舒治疗，值得推广。

Clinical Analysis of Treatment by Cozaar in Patients Suffered fromHyperuricemia with Hypertension

Objective To analysis the therapeutic effects of Cozaar on hyperuricemia with hypertension, and further explore the optimal therapy program for patients with both hyperrurieemia and hypertension. Methods 122 cases of pa- tients with both hyperurieemia and hypertension in our hospital were selected retrospectively. Based on the therapy methods, they were divided into two groups,observation group （62 cases） and control group （63 cases）. The former was treated by Cozaar, and the latter was treated by valsartan and probenecid. Compared the levels of blood pressure, blood uric acid and untoward reaction of patients before and after treatment. Results The levels of blood uric acid and blood pressure of pa- tients in two groups were significantly decreased after treatment as compared with before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the levels of blood uric acid in observation group were more significantly declined than that in control group （ P 〈0. 05 ）, and the unto- ward reaction was more often in control group. Conclusions For patients who suffered from hyperuricemia with hyperten- sion, Cozaar was more effective than valsartan and probenecid obviously, and should be promoted in clinical practice widely.
