DSA在脑动静脉畸形出血危险性预测中的应用

摘    要:管造目的:探讨DSA影像在预测脑动静脉畸形(AVM)出血危险性中的价值。材料与方法:对205例脑AVM进行了DSA检查,并与手术结果进行比分析。结果:脑AVM愈大,引流静脉愈多,血流愈通畅的患者出血危险性愈小,反之则愈大,结论:根据DSA影像上脑AVM大小、引流静脉数目、引流静脉通畅情况可以预测脑AVM出血危险性的大小。同时为临床治疗提供了重要依据。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the images of DSA in predicting thehemorrhagic risks from cerebral arteriovenous malformations (AVM).Materials and Methods:205 cases of cerebral AVM were examined by DSA,and compared with surgical results.Results:The larger the size of cerebral AVM,the more the number of draining veins and the better the venous drainage was, the less the hemorrhagic risks were. Otherwise, the results were opposite. Conclusion:The hemorrhagic risks could be predicted by the size of cerebral AVM,number of draining veins and venous drainage. Moreover, this provided important basis for clinical treatment.
