摘    要:颈髓是中枢神经系统的重要组成部分,颈髓疾病可严重影响病人的生活质量。目前,磁共振检查是诊断颈髓病变的最佳影像学方法,而常规MRI检查中颈髓出现异常信号时往往提示疾病损伤较为严重,使病人错过最佳治疗时期。近年来磁共振扩散张量成像( diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)是逐渐发展起来的一项新型MRI成像方法,能够对颈髓病变进行早期诊断并准确判定颈髓受损部位,以便早期进行积极的治疗。

Abstract:Cervical cord is an important part of the central nervous system,and the cervical cord diseases seriously affect the quality of life. At present,the magnetic resonance imaging examination is the best imaging method for diagnosis of cervical cord lesions,but the cervical cord changes in routine MRI examination often indicate serious disease instead of an early disease,so patients often miss the best treatment period. In recent years,magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging develops a new MRI imaging method, and it has important value in cervical cord lesion early diagnosis and accurate determination of cervical spinal cord damaged parts to take early method of treatment.
