病例式教学在中枢神经系统肿瘤病理教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨在中枢神经系统肿瘤病理的教学中应用病例式教学模式的意义.方法:选取北京市神经外科研究所神经病理室存档神经系统肿瘤病例160例,其中常见多发肿瘤100例;疑难肿瘤25例;误诊病例5例;WHO新分类的神经系统肿瘤10例;考核病例20例.结果:通过考核病例检验,年轻医师及进修医师诊断正确率达到95%以上.结论:在神经系统肿瘤教学中,应用病例式教学法有助于学生从临床、影像、病理三方面加深对病变的了解,有助于提高学生的临床工作能力及诊断水平.

Application of case discussion in pathologic teaching of central nervous system tumors

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the significance of applying case discussion in pathological teaching of central nervous system tumors. Methods: 160 cases of central nervous system tumors were selected from Neuropathological Department of Beijing Neurosurgical Institute, including 100 common cases, 25 intractable cases, 5 misdiagnosed cases, 10 cases of WHO newly classified tumors ,20 cases for tests. Results: The accuracy of diagnosis of young and refresher doctors is above 95%, through the 20 cases test. Conclusion: The application of case discussion in pathologic teaching of central nervous system tumors is helpful for students in thorough understanding of clinical, radiological and pathological features and improving the ability of diagnosis.
