中西医结合三联疗法治疗慢性乙肝

使用口服抗病毒中药、穴位左旋咪唑涂布剂透皮吸收及穴位肌注干扰素三联疗法治疗慢性乙肝２６例，基本治愈１１例、显效１２例、有效２例、无效１例；在与单纯使用干扰素、中药、涂布剂３个对照组的疗效对比研究中，联合治疗组在主要病毒指标、肝功指标、症状指标三方面的疗效上，都取得了优于其它３个对照组的疗效，证明中西医结合多联疗法在治疗慢性乙肝方面更具优势。

The treatment of chronic hepatitis B with the combined Western and chinese Medicine

cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were treated with Triple therapies of combinating TCM and westem medicine,including oral Antiviral herbs,transmissing skin in acupuncture points with levamisole Inunctum and intramuscular injection in points with interferon.and 11 cases of patients were cured,14 cases of patients were effective,1 case of patient wsaineffective. In the contrast study among combinating Group,simple inferon group,simple levamisole inunctum and simple herbs group,The results show that the combinating group has better effective than other simple groups in the respects of vira index,liver function index and symptomic index.And Demonstrate the combinating group has superiority in treatig chronic hepatitis B.
