交感神经在心房颤动中的作用

交感神经在房颤的发生及维持中起了重要作用。交感神经使多种离子通道电流发生改变,缩短心房有效不应期,升高心房有效不应期离散度,诱发心房颤动。但目前,各种离子通道电流在房颤机制中的作用尚未完全研究清楚。房颤导致交感神经重构,使交感神经在心房的分布密度增加且分布不均一,这进一步使房颤得以维持。

The Role of Sympathetic Nerve in Atrial Fibrillation

Sympathetic nerve plays an important role in the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation.Sympathetic nerve makes a variety of ion channel current changed,then shortens atrial effective refractory period,increases atrial effective refractory period dispersion,and induces atrial fibrillation.But the role of each ion channel current has not been researched entirely clearly.Atrial fibrillation leads to nerve sprouting,so that the distribution of sympathetic nerve density increases but uneven in the atrium.This in turn can make atrial fibrillation be maintained.
