| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝移植术后的营养支持处理。方法：为2例肝移植术后病人提供早期肠内营养。结果：2例病人现已分别术后9个月和10个月，未发生排斥反应，生活质量和移植物功能良好。结论：肝移植术后早期肠内营养安全，有效。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To observe the role of early enteral nutrition support in patients with liver transplantation. Methods:Early enteral feeding was used in two cases of liver transplantation. Results:These two patients had survived for 9 and 10 months with high life quality and good graft organ function and no rejection occurred. Conclusions:Early enteral feeding used in patients with liver transplantation is safe and effective. |
