| 摘 要： | 目的分析弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童股骨干的临床疗效和优势。方法回顾性分析2008～2011年间行弹性髓内钉内固定13例和外固定架固定治疗8例儿童股骨干骨折的资料，对比分析其疗效。结果弹性髓内钉组平均术后8周所有骨折达到影像学愈合。平均术后22周取出弹性钉。随访中所有患儿髋及膝关节均可自由活动。无下肢不等长，1例有5。的内旋畸形，未见成角畸形。结论弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折疗效明显，具有手术时间短、创伤小、愈后快以及并发症少等优点，是一种理想的临床治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical treatment and advantages of elastic nails for child femoral shaft fractures. Methods Analyzed retrospectively of 13 cases of elastic nails and 8 cases of external fixation for child femoral shaft frac tures from 2008-2011.Comparatively analyzed the results and curative effect. Results The group of elastic nails was all re covered in 8 weeks. All of them could free activities of hip and knee. Conclusion It has curative effect of elastic nails for child femoral shaft fractures. It has the advantage of short operation time, little injury and less complications. It is a quite ideal clinical treatment. |
