摘    要:目的 研究细胞核增殖抗原Ki-67人脑胶质瘤中的表达强度与病理分级的关系。比较Ki-67与其他评价肿瘤增殖潜能指标的优越性。方法 SP免疫组化方法对41例不同级别人脑胶质瘤细胞的Ki-67表达进行观察,评价染色强度和阳性细胞百分数与胶质瘤细胞恶性度的关系。结果 全部受检病例中对照组Ki-67均为阴性染色,全部胶质瘤标本表达阳性率达85%星形细胞瘤I级绝大部分病例为阴性染色,只存在2例阳性染色。结论 Ki-67表达与胶质瘤恶性程度相关,其表达水平不仅可以反映胶质瘤的恶性增殖潜能,亦可反映其预后,Ki-67在人脑胶质瘤中的表达可以应用于临床,作为评价胶质瘤生物学行为,选择治疗措施、预测患者生存时间的指标。

Abstract:Objective  To research on the relationship between the expressional intensity of PCNA Ki-67 and the pathological grade in human brain glioma. To compare the superiority of Ki-67 as a marker of tumor proliferation protential over other ones. Methods A SP immunohistochemical staining technique was undertaken to detect the expression of Ki-67 in 41 cases of glioma with various patholotical grades. To evaluate the relationship between the dying strenth, percentage of positive celles and the degree of glioma. Results  There were the results of all the 41 examinated cases. In the control group all were Ki-67 negative. As far as gliomas were concerned, the positive rate was 85%. When it came to astrocytomas of gradeⅠ, there were only 2 Ki-67 positive outcomes and that means all the left ones were negative. Conclusion  There is relationship between the expression of Ki-67 can reflect the degree of glioma and it is prognosis as well. The research of Ki-67 expression in glioma can be applied as a cogent measurement clinically to evaluate the bioactivity of tumors, to choose treatment stratedy, to predict patients existance span.
