| 摘 要： | 对３０例慢性上颌窦炎病人血清丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量及超氧化物岐化酶（ＳＯＤ）活力测定，ＭＤＡ含量显著增多，ＳＯＤ总量（Ｔ—ＳＯＤ）及铜锌ＳＯＤ（ＣｕＺｎ—ＳＯＤ）活力显著减少，锰ＳＯＤ（Ｍｎ—ＳＯＤ）活力显著增加，提示在慢性上颌窦炎病理过程中也有超氧自由基参与。

| Abstract: | he malondialdehyde(MDA)content
and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity inserum were determined in 30
patients suffering from chronic maxillary sinusitis.It was foundthat
the MDA content significantly increased,the T SOD and CuZn SOD
activity signifi-cantly decreased and that the Mn SOD activity
markedly increased.It was indicated thatthe superoxide free radical
was involved in the pathological process of chronic maxillary si-
nusitis. |
