肝癌中血管内皮生长因子及a-平滑肌肌动蛋白的表达与临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子和a-平滑肌肌动蛋白在肝癌中的表达。方法:对29例肝癌、19例癌旁组织进行血管内皮生长因子和a-平滑肌肌动蛋白免疫组化染色,并对血管内皮生长因子和a-平滑肌肌动蛋白染色阳性的非成对动脉进行计数,结合肝癌的临床病理学特征进行分析。结果:血管内皮生长因子在肝癌组织中阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,血管内皮生长因子表达水平与门静脉癌栓形成有关,与肝癌组织学分级和肿瘤包膜形成无关;肝癌组织中非成对动脉计数水平高于癌旁组织,非成对动脉计数与组织学分化分级有关,与肝癌包膜形成和门静脉癌栓形成无关。血管内皮生长因子表达水平与肝癌组织中非成对动脉计数有关。结论:血管内皮生长因子在肝癌的血管生成过程中起重要作用,可以作为肝癌的抗血管生成治疗的靶点。

Abstract:Objective :To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and alpha smooth muscle actin(a-SMA) in hepatocellular carcinoma(Hcc).Methods: 29 specimens of small hepatocellular carcinoma and 19 specimens of adjacent noncancerous tissues were immunostained for VEGF and a-SMA,and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and alpha smooth muscle actin positive unpaired arteries was evaluated semiquantitatively.The correlation between immunohistochemistry results and clinocopathological factors were analyzed.Results: The poisitve expression rate of VEGF in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancer tissues.VEGF expression in Hcc tissures was thought to be related to the portal vein invasion.No significant correlation was observed between VEGF expression and other histopathological features such as histological grade and capsule formation.The number of unpaired arteries of Hcc was significantly higher than those of adjacent noncancerous tissues,although it was found to be significantly associated with histological grade.There was no significant differencein in the number of unpaired arteries according to capsule formation and portal vein invasion.The degree of VEGF expression and the number of unpaired arteries showed a significant correlation.conclusion: VEGF plays a significant role in the angiogenesis of Hcc,and it is suggested that VEGF can be a therapy target of Hcc.
