| Abstract: | The study on hookworm disease has been restricted for a long time due to lack of animal model infected with human species of hookworm. Therefore many laboratories have been engaged in establishment of the animal model infected with human species of hookworm since 1930s. In this review we summarized the progress on the study of this aspect. |
