| 摘 要： | 对近５年来施行的胰头十二指肠切除术３３例的临床资料进行分析。其中包括胰头癌，壶腹周围癌，十二指肠乳头癌和胆总管下段癌。全组病人随机分两组，一组为改良Ｃｈｉｌｄ法—胰管外引流１８例；另一组为Ｃｈｉｌｄ法１５例。结果表明，改良Ｃｈｉｌｄ法病人大大减少了胰漏的发生率。结合临床实践，较详细地介绍了胰断面的处理和置入胰腺引流管的操作过程及其注意事项。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the data of 33 cases underwent pancreatoduodenectomy for pancreatic carcinoma and carcinoma of the ampulla of Vater,during the last 5 years in this Hospical. opesations had been classed into two groups:One was modified Child method (drainage of pancreatic duct,n=18),another was Child method (n=15).The results showed that the modified method could obviously decrease the postoperative complication pancreatic leak.This paper also introduced the manipulation in detail with illustrations. |
