摘    要:本文通过论述医院信息系统之管理信息系统、临床信息系统及办公自动化系统的应用,阐明了医疗信息平台是解决医患矛盾不可缺少的沟通桥梁;探讨了采用信息化手段建立医患面对面的多渠道路线;运用信息系统动态监测医务人员的服务、诊断、用药、治疗等情况的优势,从而达到减少医疗差错,提高医疗服务质量的目的。

Abstract:This paper describes the using of hospital information system : Management Information System, Clinical Information System and Office Automation System. Medical information system is necessary communication bridge of the doctor-patient to resolve the contradictions. Discuss on the effectiveness of using information system to establish doctor-patient face-to-face. It has the advantages of monitor medical staff services, diagnosis, medication, treatment situation through dynamic monitoring system .Thereby we Can control medical errors, improve the quality of medical service purpose.
