| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院儿科住院病人抗生素使用情况,评价其用药合理性.方法:对1 286例住院患儿的抗生素使用情况进行调查和分析.结果:抗生素使用率61.7%,其中单用、二联使用率分别为64.1%、35.6%,临床使用以头孢类药物、青霉素类、大环内酯类药物为主.结论:我院儿科住院病人抗生素使用基本合理.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the use of antibiotics for child in-patients in our hospital and evaluate the rationality of their utility. Methods: A total of 1 286 hospitalized children were analysed. Results: The antibiotic prescription rate was 61.7%. Most of prescriptions (64.1%) had single antibiotic, and 35.6% had a combined usage of two antibiotics. Cephalothin, penicillium and macrolide were the mostly prescribed antibiotics in clinical use. Conclusions: The antibiotics were rationally used for child in-patients in our hospital. |
