104例颅脑损伤合并多发伤的护理体会

目的：总结颅脑损伤合并多发伤的护理体会，寻求如何配合医生提高该类患者的临床抢救成功率。方法：回顾性分析104例颅脑损伤合并多发伤的护理。结果：痊愈58例，轻残12例，重残4例，植物生存6例，死亡24例。结论：及时准确的伤情评估，快捷有效的急救处理是提高抢救成功率的关键，细致的病情观察，精心的护理是降低致残率的根本保证。

Nursing experience of 104 cases brain injury and its associated injuries

Objective:To summarize the brain injury with multiple trauma care experience and seek ways to work with doctors to improve the clinical success rate of such patients. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 104 cases of head injury with multiple trauma care. Results:58 cases recovered, 12 cases of residual light, four cases of severe disability, vegeta-tive six cases, 24 cases of death. Conclusion:The timely and accurate injury assessment, efficient and effective first aid is to improve the success rate of the customs building, the condition and meticulous observation, careful care is the funda-mental guarantee to reduce disability.
