摘    要:建立了复方布洛芬片的双波长薄层扫描测定方法,研究了薄层色谱条件、薄层散射作用及扫描条件对薄层色谱扫描的影响。采用硅胶GF254-0.75%CMC-Na薄层板,以乙酸乙酯-甲醇-氨水(75:15:10)为展开剂,用岛津CS-9000型薄层扫描仪,双波长反射法锯齿扫描,以随行外标二点法定量对样品进行了分析,布洛芬和伪麻黄碱的回收率分别为100.2%和101.9%,RSD〈3.3%(n=5),三个批号的

Abstract:A method of quantitative analysis for ibuprofen and pseudoe phedrine coritained in compound ibuprofen tablet by dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning technique was developed.The sample solution was spotted on siliea gel GF254-plate and developed by ethyl acetate-methanol-amonia water(75:15:10) at room temperature.The spots were scanned with Shimadzu CS-9000 Dualwavelength TLC Scanner in reflection mode zig-zag seanning.The recoveries were 100.2% for ibuprofen and 101.9% for pseudoephedrine.Three samples were analyzed by the proposed methed,and the results well agreed with those obtained by HPLC and their relative standard deviations were less tharn 3.3% (n=5).
