| 摘 要： | 目的探讨残疾人因交通事故致健侧损伤的法医学伤残鉴定中应考虑的问题.方法通过对此类损伤鉴定中出现的问题和不同意见深入分析,讨论三种不同的鉴定结论中,哪一种更为客观、更趋全面、合理.结果第一种鉴定意见过于简单、片面;第二种鉴定意见缺乏科学性,不宜借鉴;第三种鉴定意见符合实事求是、综合评定的鉴定原则.结论残疾人因交通事故致健侧损伤的法医学伤残评定应采取整体评价、综合评定的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss problems encountered during forensic authentication of sound side injury due to traffic accident for disabled person. Methods The most objective, overall and rational authentication verdict among three was pointed out after thoroughly analyzing problems and opinions met during this occasion. Results The first authentication verdict is too simple and unilateral; and the second one lacks of scientific elements, whereas the third one accords with the principles of seeking truth from fact and comprehensive evaluation. Conclusion Forensic authentication of sound side injury due to traffic accident for disabled person should take measures of overall and comprehensive evaluation. |
