带锁髓内钉术后并发症临床分析

目的对带锁髓内钉术后并发症进行临床分析。方法435例应用带锁髓内钉治疗骨折，36例出现术后并发症，对脂肪栓塞、断钉、骨折愈合延迟或不愈合、骨折畸形愈合、术后感染进行回顾性总结分析。结果36例患者经过对症治疗，全部治愈，骨折最终全部愈合，平均愈合时间25周（1l～52周），功能恢复较好。结论应用带锁髓内钉治疗骨折是切实可行的，具有固定牢固，能早期负重下床活动等优点，术后并发症可以通过改善手术操作技能，术后正确的指导功能锻炼来预防。并发症出现后，及时采取正确有效的处理方法，同样能达到满意的效果。

Clinical Analysis of Postoperative Complications of Interlocking Medullary Nail to Fracture 36 Cases

Objective To explore the postoperative complications and its prevention of interlocking medullary nail to fracture.Methods 435 cases fracture were treated with interlocking medullary nail.Complications were found in 36 cases.These complications include fat embolism,breaking of nails,deformity union,delay or nonunion and postoperative infection.A retrospective analysis was done on these complications.Results Through treatment,all 36 cases fractures healed with good joint function.The average healed time is 25 weeks(11~52 weeks).Conclusion Treatment of fracture with interlocking medullary nail has the advantages of stability and reliable fixation which is of benefit for early functional exercise.The postoperative complications can be avoided by skillful manipulation and correct postoperative exercise.In order to receive a good result,proper and effective treatment for postoperative complications is essential.
