摘    要:目的:观察二巯丙磺钠(Na-DMPS)对脑缺血再灌注后小鼠记忆功能的保护作用。方法:采用暂时性阻断两侧颈总动脉的方法制备小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的模型,测试其被动回避能力及脑内丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:icv Na-DMPS可延长脑缺血再灌注小鼠的避暗潜伏期,减少错误次数,并降低脑内MDA的含量。结论:Na-DMPS可通过抑制脑内的脂质过氧化反应,而明显减轻脑缺血再灌注导致的小鼠学习记忆功能障碍。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of Na DMPS on learning and memory disorder by cerebral ischemia reperfusion in mice.Methods:Cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury was produced in conscious mice by temporarily obstructing bilateral common carolid arteries. Passive avoidance and the MDA level in mice brain were assessed.Results:Na DMPS icv significantly increased the latencyes and decreased the number of errors in the cerebral ischemia reperfused mice. Meanwhile, Na DMPS icv was found to prevent the rise of MDA level induced by cerebral ischemia reperfusion.Conclusion:Na DMPS was shown to improve the impairment of memory function induced by cerebral ischemia reperfusion, which may be related to its anti oxidation.
