| 摘 要： | 为寻找治疗慢性喉炎的有效办法， 观察了超声雾化吸入金喉雾化剂（ 由毛冬青、瓜蒌、薄荷等活血化痰中药组成） 对小鼠气管酚红分泌、对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增强的拮抗作用和对大鼠肠系膜微循环的影响。结果显示该制剂能增加酚红的分泌量（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５ 或Ｐ＜０ ．０１） ； 降低血管通透性（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ； 并能解除微血管痉挛， 减轻红细胞（ＲＢＣ） 聚集（ Ｐ＜０ ．０１） 。提示雾化吸入该药对改善慢性喉炎症状可能有一定的作用

| Abstract: | Jinhou Nebula(JN)is a herbal preparation with blood-circulation activating and phlegm removing actions,and is applied by ultrasonic spray inhalation for chronic laryngitis.To investigate its mechanism,the phenol red secretion from trachea in mice,the permeability of celiac capillary induced by acetic acid in mice and the mesenteric microcirculation in rats were observed.The results showed that JN could obviously increase the phenol red secretion (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01 ),reduce the permeability of celiac capillary in mice (P< 0.05 ),relieve the spasm of micrangium and decrease the aggregation of red blood cells induced by noradrenaline in rats(P< 0.05 ).It is indicated that JN possesses a certain effect in improving the symptoms of chronic laryngitis. |
