高龄老人生活质量调查分析

目的：了解高龄老人生活质量。方法：采用中华医学会老年分会流行病学组推荐统一调查表，问卷式调查并进行查体。结果：１ ７３５ 名高龄老人中生活完全自理占８７．９％ ，８１．１％ 尚能参加部分劳动。心理健康状况较好占４８．１％ 。４３．３％ 患慢性病，主要为慢性支气管炎、脑卒中、高血压病、冠心病、关节炎。结论：调查结果为了解河北省高龄老人生活质量现状提供依据，指出重视物质赡养、精神赡养与加强老年卫生保健工作必要性，以及积极发挥社会、家庭在提高高龄老人生活质量中的作用

An Analysis on the Survey of the Life Quality of the Elderly People

Objective: To get a general survey of the quality of life(QoL)of the elderly people. Methods: The unified questionnaire recommended by the elderly branch of Chinese Medical Union was adopted in making a questionnaire survey and doing physical examinations. Results: Among 1 735 elderly people, those who could take care of themselves completely took up 87 9%, those who could do some physical work took up 81 1% and those who were enjoying better mental health took up 48 1%.43 3% of the people were suffering from chronic diseases, such as chronic bronchitis, apoplexy,hypertension, coronary heart disease and arthritis. Conclusion: The article is written to provide basis for studying the quality of life of the elderly people in Hebei province, to put forward the necessity of paying more attention to material support, spirit support and health care, and to propose the importance of society and families in improving the life quality of the elderly people.
