精神分裂症病人的行为治疗

[目的 ]探讨行为治疗对精神分裂症病人的康复作用。 [方法 ]将 80例病人随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组在药物治疗的基础上进行 1个月的行为治疗 ,对照组维持原药物治疗 ,采用传统的管理模式 ;应用精神护理观察量表 (NORS -4 0 )评分 ,两组进行同步性比较。 [结果 ]实验组NORS -4 0总分和前 2 0项评分较对照组低 ,与对照组比较均有统计学意义(P <0 .0 0 1)。 [结论 ]行为治疗对精神分裂症病人的生活自理能力和社会适应能力的提高有较好的作用。

Behavioral therapy of patients with schizophrenia

Objective: to probe into the effect of behavioral therapy on rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia. Method: a total of 80 cases were divided into test and control group randomly. Patients in test group were given behavioral therapy for one month on the base of medication, while patients in control group were only taken medicine and accepted traditional management mode. Then isochronously comparison was made on the scores of patients of the two groups by filling out NORS-40. Result: both total score of NORS-40 and score of the former 20 items of test group patients were lower than that in control group. There were significant differences between them (P<0.001). Conclusion: it is effective to give behavioral therapy for schizophrenia patients to enhance their self-care ability and social adaptation ability.
