| 摘 要： | 羊蹄角和羚羊角碱水解提取物均能显著降低小白鼠自发活动,与戊巴比妥有协同作同。羚羊角能显著延缓咖啡因和戊四氮所致抽搐、惊厥、死亡出现时间,但不能降低其死亡率。羊蹄角也有延缓咖啡因和戊四氮所致抽搐、惊厥、死亡时间的趋势,但无显著性。

| Abstract: | Both of the alkaline extracts of gaot's hoofnail and antilope's horn inhibited spontaneous activity of mice. This inhibitory effect was synergic with that of peatobarbilal' The occurrence of tic,convulsion, and death of the mice caused by caffeine and pentamethylenetetrazole was significantly delayed by the alkaline extract of antelope's horn, but the mortality was not reduced.This effect of the alkaline extract of goat's hoofnail was not significant |
