丹红注射液对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血液流变学的影响

目的：观察丹红注射液对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血液流变学的影响。方法：将76例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者随机分为两组，A组（40例）在常规治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液，连用14d；B组（36例）仅予常规治疗。结果：A组患者经丹红注射液治疗后血液流变学示全血高切与低切还原黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数均显著下降，与B组比较差异显著；其临床疗效亦明显优于B组。结论：丹红注射液能显著改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的血液流变性，是辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的一种有效、安全的药物。

Influence of Danhong Injection on Hemorheology of Senile Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

Objective： To observe the influence of Danhong Injection on hernorheology of senile COPD patients. Methods： 76 patients ,with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into two groups. Group A （ n = 40） were treated by conventional therapy and Danhong Injection continuously for 14d, while group B （ n = 36） were only given conventional therapy. Results： After the treatment of Danhong Injection, the hemorhcology of group A showed that ηb, ηr, ηp, HCT and EAI obviously decreased. There existed apparent difference between two groups. The clinical curative effect.was apparently superior to that of group B. Conclusions： Danhong Injection can obviously tmprove the hemorhcology of the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and it was a kind of secure and effective drug in adjunctive therapy of COPD.
