| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨慢性根尖周炎治疗方法。方法：用3％双氧水清洗，氢氧化钙碘甘油糊剂根管消毒，根充碘仿糊剂牙胶尖根管充填。结果：162例惠牙经治疗2周后，总愈合率92．0％，根充后经半年随访，显效率达90．1％。结论：慢性根尖周炎采用双氧水清洗，氢氧化钙碘甘油消毒，常规根充是一种经济有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the treatments for chronic periapical inflammation. Methods: Irrigate decayed teeth with 3 percent hydrogen peroxide,disinfect with root canals of calcium hydroxide iodine glycerin paste, and fill in iodoform paste and gutta percha points with root canals.
