| 摘 要： | 目的：对杜鹃花科药用植物细叶杜香（ledum palustre L.vat．angustum N．Busch）的地上部分的化学成分进行研究。方法：利用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化，根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果：分离鉴定了6个化合物：5-羟基-4’，7-二甲氧基-8-甲基黄酮（1），β-谷甾醇（2），熊果酸（3），槲皮素（4），山奈酚（5），胡萝卜苷（6）。结论：化合物1为首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the chemical constituents from aerical part of Ledum palustre L. Var. Angustum E. Busch.Method： Compounds were isolated by using silicagel chromatography and their structures were elucidated by means of physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis. Result： Six compounds were isolated and identified as 5 - hydroxy - 4＇, 7 - dimethoxy - 8 - methylflavone （ 1 ）, β - sitosterol （2）, ursolic acid （3）, quercetin （4）, kaempferol （5）, daucosterol（6）. Conclusion： 5 - hydroxy- 4＇, 7- dimethoxy- 8- methylflavone was isolated from this plant for the first time. |
