中老年人群高血压与糖尿病及高血糖相关因素分析

目的：探讨中老年人群高血压与糖尿病及高血糖的关系。方法：对中老年人群中691例高血压病人、205例2型糖尿病病人及361例高血糖病人进行分析。结果：2408例中老年人群高血压、糖尿病和高血糖发生率分别为28．7％、8．5％和15％。高血压人群患糖尿病和发生高血糖是正常血压人群的2．43倍和1．64倍。结论：高血压人群糖尿病患病率和高血压发生率和正常血压人群差异有显著意义（P＜0．05）。

Analysis of the associated factors between hypertension and diabetes or hyperglycemia in the middle age and the old

Objective To investigate the re lationship between the hypertension and diabetes or hyperglycemia in the groups of the middle age and the old.Methods The situation of 691 case s of hypertension,205 cases of type 2 diabetes and 361 cases of hyperglycemia wa s analyzed among the middle age and the old.Results The inciden ces of the hypertension,the diabetes and the hyperglycemia were 28.7%,8.5% and 1 5% respectively among the 2408 cases of the middle age and the old.The incidence of the diabetes and the hyperglycemia in the groups of hypertension was 2.43 an d 1.64 times respectively compared with the normal groups.Conclusion The different of diabetes and hyperglycemia incidence between the normal a nd the hypertension groups was significant(P<0.05).
