摘    要:目的:探讨血必净注射液对严重电击伤患者脏器功能的保护作用.方法:将同期严重程度在中度以上的24例电击伤住院患者随机分为对照组(12例)和实验组(12例).对照组按电击伤常规治疗;实验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用血必净注射液,重度、特重度电击伤每次100ml,中度电击伤每次50ml,静脉滴注,每日2次,连续使用7天.检测两组患者治疗前后的肝功能、肾功能、凝血指标、心肌酶、动脉血气分析、C-反应蛋白.结果:对照组和实验组轻度电击伤患者各5例,各项检测指标比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05).两组重度以上电击伤患者各7例,血必净注射液治疗后,肝功能、肾功能、凝血指标、心肌酶、动脉血气分析、C-反应蛋白,与治疗前比较均明显改善(P<0.05);与对照组比较,实验组患者的各项脏器功能指标均明显改善(P<0.05).结论:血必净注射液能显著改善微循环,降低炎症介质的释放,有效保护患者的脏器功能.

Abstract:Objective: To discuss effect of Xuebijing Injection applied to the electrical injury patients to protect their organ function.Methods: 24 patients of electrical injury with moderate degree or above were randomly divided into control group (n=12) and testing group (n=12).In control group,the patients received routine electrical injury treatment.While,in testing group,the patients received additional Xuebijing injection besides routine treatment.The severe and extraordinarily severe patients of electrical injury in testing group were given 100ml of Xuebijing injection by intravenous drip each time,2 times per day and continually such treating for 7days.While,the patients suffered from moderate electrical injury,the volume of intravenous drip was 50ml.The liver and kidney functions,blood coagulation indicators,cardiac enzymes,arterial blood gas analysis and C-reactive protein of patients were determined and recorded before and after treatment in two groups.Results: There were no significant differences (P〉0.05) in every index for the moderate patients (5 cases of each group) in two groups.For the 7 cases of severe patients of each group,all of observed indexes had significant improvement (P〈0.05) compared with that before injection of Xuebijing.Compared with the observed indexes in control group,the patients’ organ function in testing group had also improved significantly (P〈0.05).Conclusion: Xuebijing Injection can significantly improve microcirculation and reduce release of inflammation mediators and effectively protect patients’ organ function.
