| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高龄慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)患者术后MRI表现与其预后的关系. 方法 回顾分析35例(共46个血肿)CSDH患者术后的MRI资料,根据血肿在MRI T1WI的表现分为低信号组(23例)和非低信号组(12例),比较其复发率有无差异. 结果 35例患者钻孔引流术后复发4例,复发率为11.4%,其中24例单侧血肿患者术后复发1例,复发率为4.2%;11例双侧血肿患者中复发2例,复发率为2/11,双侧血肿患者术后复发率明显高于单侧血肿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后MRI T1WI低信号组23例,复发1例,复发率为4.3%;MRI T1WI非低信号组12例,复发3例,复发率为3/12.非低信号组的血肿患者术后复发率明显高于低信号组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 CSDH患者术后MRI表现可以为其术后复发提供一定的依据.
