| 摘 要： | 目的:评估生育力指数(FI)在判断男性生育能力中的作用。方法:对不育组(n=124)和生育组(n=62)进行精液常规检查,并计算FI[FI=精子密度(106/ml)×精子活动力×精子正常形态率]。结果:生育组FI为13.23(24.16),高于不育组的5.69(10.62)(t=5.657,P=0.001)。生育组FI(P2.5,P97.5)的范围为2.06-56.85。结论:FI较单个精液参数更能客观反映男性生育能力,当FI<2.0时男性生育概率将下降。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of fertility index(FI)in judging male fertility.Methods:A total of 124 infertile male semen samples(infertility group)and 62 fertile male semen samples(fertility group)were tested for sperm routine analysis.And calculate as:FI= sperm concentration(106/ml)×sperm viability ×sperm normal morphology rate.Results:FI in fertility group which was 13.23(24.16)was higher than that in infertility group which was 5.69(10.62)(t=5.657,P=0.000).FI in fertility group(P2.5,P97.5)was 2.06-56.85.Conclusion:FI can reflect male fertility more impersonality than sperm parameters separately and the male fertility would decrease when FI<2.0. |
