某市2008年22所医院消毒质量监测分析

目的了解某市22所医院的消毒情况。方法按《消毒技术规范》和《医院消毒卫生标准》对医院消毒质量进行监测。结果全部样品合格率为89.74%,公立医院合格率为92.81%,私立医院合格率为86.20%。手术科室、治疗室、病房、医技科室合格率分别为86.52%、87.39%、89.83%、93.44%。结论各医院空气消毒效果均不理想,私立医院医护人员手、物体表面的消毒效果不很理想,医技科室合格率较高,手术室较低。今后应针对性地加强对各医院空气及私立医院医护人员手、物体表面的消毒质量管理和监督。

Analysis on monitoring of disinfection quality of 22 hospitals in some city in 2008

Objective To investigate the disinfection quality situation of the 22 hospitals in 2008.Methods Monitoring hospital disinfection quality situation according to ＂The Technical Specification of Disinfection＂and ＂The Sanitary Standard of Hospital Disinfection＂.Results The overall qualification rate is 89.74%,92.81% for the public hospitals,86.20% for the private hospitals.The qualification rates of Operating room,treating room,wards,technical divisions are respectively 86.52%、87.39%、89.83%、93.44%.Conclusion The qualified rates of indoor air bacteria and hands hygiene of medical staff of private hospital were not ideal;The qualification rate of technical divisions is highest,treating room lowest.The air sterilization of all hospitals and hands hygiene of medical staff and the object surface of private hospitals need to be improved in the future.
