开展“优质护理服务”的实践与成效

摘    要:目的探讨建立以病人为中心的护理工作模式,落实"优质护理服务"。方法确立8个科室为试点科室,合理配置护士人力,实施护士分层次使用,完善护理工作制度和流程,建立切实有效的绩效考核体系。结果建立以病人为中心的护理工作模式以来,病人满意度、基础护理质量评分提高;陪护率降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论建立以病人为中心提供优质护理服务的护理工作模式,可有效提高护理质量、病人满意度,降低陪护率。

Abstract:Objective To explore how to establish a patient - centered care model and carry out" high - quality care service". Methods Eight wards were selected as the pilot wards. The measures included rational distribution of nurses, implementing hierarchical use of nurses, improving nursing work systems and processes, and establishing effective and feasible performance assessment systems. Results After implementing the patient - centered care model, the satisfaction of patients and the quality of care were higher and the accompany rate were lower than before ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The patient - centered care model can effectively improve the quality of care and the satisfaction of patients, and reduce the accompany rate.
