摘    要:目的探讨微创锁定接骨加压接骨板内固定技术治疗胫骨骨折的方法和治疗效果。方法从2005年7月—2011年7月,运用微创经皮钢板内固定术治疗胫骨下段不稳定骨折100例,闭合复位,采用小切口,经皮插入锁定接骨板治疗胫骨中下段不稳定骨折。结果 100例均获得随访,随访3~12个月,平均随访6个月,优76例,良23例,中1例,优良率为99%。结论微创经皮锁定钢板治疗胫骨下段不稳定骨折是一种有效可推广的方法。

Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Locking Plate For Treatment Of Unstable Tibial Lower Segment Fractures

Abstract:Objective To summarize the clinical application of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression(LCP) internal fixation in the treatment of tibial fractures and to evaluate its clinical effects. Methods From July 2005 to July ,100 patients with fractures were treated with indirect reduction and minimally invasive percutaneous LCP internal fixation,, Tibia fracture in surgery were given manipulative reduction, the LCP was put into a small incision of the ankle and reaches the proximal of the fracture, then the screw can be reset. Results 100 cases were followed up for 3 to 12 months follow-up, followed up for 6 months on aver- age, Excellent :76 cases, benign: 23 cases, 1 cases, fine rate was 99%. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate for treatment of tibial unstable fractures is an effective method.
