浅析突发脑溢血患者在急诊内科的急救治疗

目的分析50例突发脑溢血患者的急诊治疗方案,探讨最佳的突发脑溢血急诊内科治疗方法。方法将该院急诊科收治的50例突发脑溢血患者作为研究对象,经CT扫描后,根据患者的临床表现、病因采取不同的治疗手段,分析患者的治疗效果。结果 50例患者中共有15例患者痊愈,所占比例为30%。31例患者病情出现好转,所占比例为62%。2例患者出现瘫痪,所占比例为4%。2例患者因合并并发症经治疗无效死亡。结论根据不同患者的不同临床表现、病因采取有针对性的治疗手段,可以有效提高急诊突发脑溢血的治愈率,降低抢救无效死亡率,增加患者治疗的信心。

Analysis of the Treatment of Sudden Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients in E- mergency Medical

Objective Analyze 50 cases of sudden cerebral apoplexy patients with emerge/acy treatment, probing into the best brain hemorrhage and emergency medical treatment method. Methods 50 cases of our hospital emergency department were sudden cere- bral apoplexy patients as the research object, the CT scanning, according to patients＂ clinical manifestation, cause take different treatment method, analysis of the patient＇s treatment effect. Result 50 patients a total of 15 patients healed, the proportion is 30%. 31 patients condition appear better, the proportion is 62%. Two patients experienced paralysis, the proportion is 4%. Due to merger complications, 2 patients after treatment is invalid death. Conclusion According to different patients with different clinical mani- festations, causes to adopt targeted treatment means, can effectively improve the emergency he suffered a brain hemorrhage rate, reduce the rescue invalid death rate and increase the confidence of patients.
