骨折卧床病人便秘相关因素分析与护理对策

目的探讨骨折病人发生便秘的相关因素，寻找解除便秘的有效措施。方法采用回顾性研究对153例病人进行调查分析。结果本组病例便秘发生率56．2％，经分析发现病人便秘与应激、饮食结构、骨折部位、排便方式、活动量、精神状态有关。结论针对患者不同情况，采取健康教育、心理护理、饮食护理、药物治疗等措施能起到预防及解除便秘的作用，促进骨折的愈合。

Fraeture analysis of relevant factors in patients with constipation nursing countermeasures

objective to explore the fracture patient happening constipation, looking for the related factors of effective measures to remove constipation. Methods retrospective study to 153 patients were investigated. Results the incidence of constipation 56.2% analysis, found that patients with stress, diet, constipation, fracture site, bowel way, activity, mental state. Conclusion according to different conditions and take the patient education and psychological care, health care, diet drug treatment measures can prevent constipation and remove, promote fracture healing.
