一种新型气管导管的设计及应用

目的：设计一种新型气管导管，以改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的抢救效果。方法：在普通的气管导管的呼吸机端约27cm处旁开一个吸引器接口，同时在呼吸机接口和吸引器接口加一个可以打开的密封帽，使该气管导管既能通气，又能吸痰。结果：当患者气道充满大量痰液或者其他分泌物时，该气管导管可以在短时间内实现气道的再通畅或者相对通畅。结论：理论上认为该气管导管可以改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的吸痰效果，可以成为临床抢救治疗的一个有益补充。

Design and application of new tracheal catheter

Objective To design a new type of tracheal catheter to enhance the emergency treatment of chronic obstructive lung disease （COLD） patient. Methods An aspirator interface was formed 27 cm from the respirator end of a common tracheal catheter. Two removable sealing caps were placed at the respirator and aspirator interfaces respectively, and thus the catheter could be used for ventilation and sputum aspiration.Results The tracheal catheter could make the airway unobstructed in a short time when it＇s full of sputum or other secretion. Conclusion It＇s confirmed theoretically the tracheal catheter contributes to the sputum aspiration of COLD patient, and can be a supplement for its clinical treatment.
